Account and data deletion

Menopause Tracker: Meno Log has no account, so there is no account to close. Your log is stored only on your own device, and our server holds no data about you.

Delete the data on your device

Open the app and go to More → Delete all data.
Confirm with your device lock or passcode, then type DELETE.
All symptoms, cycles, treatments, notes, settings and reminders on this device are erased.

Uninstalling the app also removes the data stored on the device.

Backups and reports you made

A PDF report or an encrypted backup (.menobackup) you created lives wherever you saved or shared it, such as your files, email or cloud storage. We never receive these files. Delete them there if you no longer want them.

Purchases

Purchase records are held by Apple or Google and by RevenueCat, using a random app user id with no name or email. To cancel a subscription, use your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. For questions about purchase records, email us.
